Upon processing your registration, participants may enroll in My Account. If you just registered online or via mail, you will be mailed your user ID and trip number along with your partial payments, in order to access your online account. This may take 7-10 business days. New Tour Directors will also be mailed their log-in details or may contact Customer Service.
Tour Directors manage your tour, view registrants, post and email important announcements, create rooming assignments and access many important tour resources.
Parents and Students view their payment details and balance, read important trip announcements, calendar important deadlines, access flight and hotel details, and obtain resources to assist in the fundraising and planning of this educational tour.
Additionally, the all-new Trip Diary allows students an opportunity to share their experiences and chronicle what they are learning during the tour. Parents will be able to read the group’s Trip Diary and see actual photographs of their child on tour each night.
